Avoid soft drinks which contain as much as 9 teaspoons of sugar in a 12-ounce can!

NOTE: Do not lose TOO many pounds in too short a time. If you lose more than about 7 pounds in a week with One Day Diet, you should slow down by taking a short break from the Diet Days. Do a few extra Food Days in a row, and then start your next Diet Day later.
